MTKKCA advocates for YOU

MTKKCA President, Jennifer Taylor, would like everyone to know that the board encourages residents who live in these areas to be a part of the MTKKCA. For only $100 a year, residents have the benefit of an all-volunteer board who encourage compliance with critical rules that protect our views and property values. The board also supports neighbors in various issues, and advocates with the City on certain matters.

Encourages residents to work with their neighbors to amicably resolve issues and concerns and mediates where appropriate.
Advocates with City & County when appropriate on matters that affect the quality of life in the community and meets with local government to discuss issues raised by our community.
Keeps neighbors informed and connected through the Annual Meeting, quarterly newsletters and other updates.
Encourages compliance with rules and regulations that deter nuisance activity and set height limits for buildings and trees.
Provides important association documents to escrow buyers and sellers.
Reviews architectural plans for new buildings and improvements.
Organizes safety patrol and owners’ safety programs.
Meets with neighbors, architects and contractors to discuss our by-laws and deed requirements.
Provides an added layer of support in dealing with neighborhood issues.
Promotes community bonding and communication among neighbors.
Participation among residents increases community pride, financial stability and supports our property values.
