MTKKCA Annual Dues

Please consider becoming a full member of our community to support the work of the Board and vote in our annual election. Annual dues are $100.00, due January 31st. Payments can be made via check, or securely online with your credit card or bank account. As a reminder, even though paying dues and voting are both voluntary actions, Deed Restrictions (DPPs) are actually incorporated in every property deed, and are binding on all owners. Details can be found on the Important Documents page.

BY CHECK:

Make your check out to MTKK Community Association and mail it to P. O. Box 25103, Honolulu, Hawaii 96825. Include your name, email, property address and mailing address (if different from property address) with your check.

ONLINE:

Ensure you are logged into your MTKKCA account, and look for the red dot next to the bell icon in the upper-right-hand corner at the very top of the page (this red dot only appears if you have a pending notification, such as the opportunity to pay dues).
Click on the bell icon, and a drop-down will appear with a link to the payment option under Online Payments.
Click on this link, and then select the Payment Method you prefer to use (if you haven’t done so already, you will be prompted to set up a card or bank account to use for payment).
Finally, click on the [Pay now] button in the Confirm and Pay window.

Note that credit card payments include an additional 3.2% fee plus an $0.80 one-time charge, while using your bank account only adds a 1.4% fee. Security is powered by Stripe, a leader in online payment processing. Further details can be found by following this link:
